Randy West (born Andrew Jay Abrams October 12, 1947) is a pornographic actor who began his career in 1978. Originally from New York, he hoped to play professional baseball someday (played baseball for the University of Miami) but he instead decided to pursue a career as a singer. He performed with several rock bands and decided to move to California in the early 1970s to pursue his musical career. He became a producer of adult films in 1993 and has appeared in over 1,300 films.

In August 1980 he posed as the centerfold model in Playgirl magazine. Later he also was cast as Robert Redford's body double in the film Indecent Proposal. He has worked with numerous porn actresses early on in their careers, most notably Jenna Jameson and Tera Patrick.

With such series as Up and Cummers (1-129) I Love Lesbians, Real Female Masturbation (and others), Randy West's videos focused on "Real people having real sex - what a novel idea!" In one final video he stated that one of his greatest pleasures was watching his female partners have orgasms.
